This is the privacy statement of Sobolt for the in1 application. Here you will find information about the personal data we process, the purposes and principles of such processing and a number of other topics. Sobolt is responsible for the processing of personal data as set out in this privacy statement.

Sobolt does not process any special and/or sensitive personal data in the in1 application.
Purpose and basis of data processing
Sobolt processes your personal data for the following purposes: Execution of an agreement: Provide support Manage website/application Sending invoices Communication with you
Retention period of personal data
Sobolt does not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data are collected. We apply a standard retention period of 3 years. This means that we will delete your data after this period. Excluded from this are data that we need to keep longer because we are required to do so by law.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Sobolt will share your personal data with third parties if this is necessary for the performance of the agreement and in order to comply with any legal obligation incumbent on Sobolt. We enter into an agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of data security and confidentiality. Sobolt remains responsible for these processing operations. In addition, Sobolt may disclose your personal data to other third parties. We share your data with Hubspot and Mailchimp.

You can at any time request what personal information we have about you in our system. You can ask for your personal data to be changed or deleted.

Pursuant to the right of forgetting, we must ensure that any link to and copy or reproduction of your personal data is deleted. To make sure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with your request. On this copy we ask you to blacken your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport) and passport number.
