Sobolt does not process any special and/or sensitive personal data in the in1 application.

Purpose and basis of data processing

Retention period of personal data

Sobolt does not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data are collected. We apply a standard retention period of 3 years. This means that we will delete your data after this period. Excluded from this are data that we need to keep longer because we are required to do so by law.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Sobolt will share your personal data with third parties if this is necessary for the performance of the agreement and in order to comply with any legal obligation incumbent on Sobolt. We enter into an agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of data security and confidentiality. Sobolt remains responsible for these processing operations. In addition, Sobolt may disclose your personal data to other third parties. We share your data with Hubspot and Mailchimp.

Cookies or similar techniques that we use

Sobolt uses functional, analytical and tracking cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone the first time you visit this website. Among other things, the Sobolt website uses cookies from Google Analytics to track user behaviour and general trends and to obtain reports. This helps to improve the functioning of the website(s). By using the Sobolt website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above. To make sure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with your request. On this copy we ask you to blacken your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport) and passport number.

Sobolt takes the protection of your data seriously and has taken appropriate (technical) measures to prevent misuse, loss, etc.
